Residence Application Form

Huron University College guarantees residence to all first-year students who meet the deadline (June 1, 2017) for residence application and deposit.  Upper year students must apply by 4:00 pm on March 10, 2017.

  • First Year Residence Application Process

  • Hellmuth Scholarship holders are awarded their preference for building and room.  Applicants are guaranteed a room as long as the residence application and deposit is received by the June 1, 2017, deadline. Please take the time to read through the following Huron University College Residence Accommodation Guide. If you do not accept the terms and conditions of the Huron University College Residence Accommodation guide, please contact us at huronrez@uwo.ca

    Please complete the Application package forms, save to your computer, and email, along with a photo to huronrez@uwo.ca . Students sending their Residence Application forms by email must ensure that their deposit is also received by Huron University College by the July 1st deadline.  Online bank payments can be made by naming "Huron University College" as the Payee, and using your student number as the account number. 

    Alternatively, students can print their forms, sign, and send, along with a cheque or money order or bank draft (made payable to Huron University College) in the amount of $750.00 CAD  to:  Huron University College, Attn:  Residence & Student Life, 1349 Western Road, London, Ontario, Canada N6G 1H3

First-year students wishing to live on a Learning Skills Floors in Southwest residence must indicate this on their First Year Residence Application Form by checking the box on page 2.  Students eligible for the Learning Skills Floors are recipients of the Huron Hellmuth Scholarships and/or students with an average of 85% or higher.

     Special Needs Accommodation Form- complete part A, print the form, sign and date it.  Give it to a recognized professional (accredited medical or health care provider) to complete Part B.  This form cannot be submitted online; it must be sent by mail or courier.  Please send it to:  Huron University College, Attn:  Residence & Student Life, 1349 Western Road, London, Ontario, Canada N6G 1H3

    Photo - one single 2X2 photo must be received by the deadline of June 1, 2017.  A passport-style photo is ideal with a front-facing view of the student that is clear, well-lit, and taken on a straight angle.

    4.  Photo - one single 2X2 photo must be received through mail (electronic copies will not be accepted) by the deadline of March 11, 2016.  A passport photo is ideal, however any photo of a similar size with a front-facing view of the student is acceptable.  Please send it to:  Huron University College, Attn:  Residence & Student Life, 1349 Western Road, London, Ontario, Canada N6G 1H3

    5. Residence Agreement for Cronyn House - upper year and graduate students wishing to live in one of the Houses at Huron must complete this form.

    6. Letter of Intent- upper year and graduate students wishing to share a house or suite together must submit this letter of intent signed by all parties concerned.
